Roger W. Garrett, President, founded R.W. Garrett Agency, Inc. in 1982. He calls on his 30 years of experience as a business owner, successful entrepreneur and insurance producer to guide R.W. Garrett Agency, Inc. in responding to and satisfying the needs of agents and their customers. Roger has served on advisory boards for BCBS of IL and Principal Financial Group.
John L. Sutter, CLU, VP of Sales and Consulting, utilizes his unique blend of 37 years of corporate experience, personal production, and TPA sales to satisfy the marketing, underwriting and service demands of large and small employers. His expertise is invaluable to R.W. Garrett Agency, Inc. as well as to you and your customers.
Gregory S. Smith, VP of Sales and Operations, combines his 17 years of experience at a major insurance company with 10 years at R.W. Garrett Agency, Inc. to develop and implement processes, products and services that help us deliver on our promises to customers. Greg has served on the Starmark advisory board, a State of Illinois insurance task force, and was President of the Illinois State Association of Health Underwriters.
Nancy E. Schaub, RHU, MHP, REBC, FLMI, ACS, Director of Agency Services, provides a combination of knowledge in the sales and implementation of employee benefit programs. Her 28 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries provides our customers with quality service throughout the sales process.
Kathi Woosley, MHP, AIAA, ACS, Office Manager, Shelly Allen, Executive Assistant, and Melinda Snyder, Customer Service Representative, assist in the sales process by processing paperwork and providing quality service. They are instrumental in supporting our office functions and our customers’ needs.
